Now, for those of you who've never watched me before, I have a five-phase process for starting assisted living. Number one is building the foundation. That's what the Launchpad's for. You have to build the foundations. Phase one. Phase two is all about finding the right property. Find that perfect property that's going to work for assisted living. Phase three is all about getting the funding that you need. I do SBA and that's the process that I went through. Very comfortable with it. But what I teach is applicable to all types of lending scenarios. So phase three is funding the property.

Phase four is all about navigating the rules and regulations, the red tape that comes with working in the health care industry and understanding how to navigate it and really make some solid progress to help you launch that business. And then phase five is launching and scaling the business. You know how to hire the right people, setting up KPIs, which software you should be using, all of those types of things. All of that.
