Who is this for?
This is for current assisted living owners. If you are still trying to open your first facility, Launchpad or the Starter Kit may be a better fit.
What happens on the calls?
We work through real owner questions: staffing, census, payroll, rates, manager leverage, referral strategy, break-even math, and the hard decisions that come with keeping the business healthy.
Is the community included?
Yes. The private owners community is part of the Assisted Living Owners Group.
What is the commitment?
The monthly option has a six-month minimum and then continues month to month. The semiannual option renews every six months at $2,500 unless canceled before renewal.
