SERVICE AGREEMENT
Assisted Living Roadmap Challenge
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Assisted Living Investing LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual (“Participant”) enrolling in the Assisted Living Roadmap Challenge (the “Program”).
By enrolling in the Program, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Description
The Assisted Living Roadmap Challenge is a live and/or virtual educational program designed to help individuals interested in starting an assisted living business clarify their vision, understand basic financials, explore business models, and identify first steps to get started. The Program may include live training sessions, recorded content, worksheets, and other resources.
2. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer
Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company does not guarantee that the Participant will start an assisted living business, obtain licensing, secure funding, or achieve any particular financial or business results by participating in the Program.

Any examples of facilities, financials, or results provided (whether verbally, in writing, or via video) are illustrative only and not to be interpreted as typical, promised, or guaranteed outcomes.

The Participant’s success depends entirely on their own efforts, actions, resources, experience, and market conditions.

The Participant assumes full responsibility for implementing the concepts shared and for all outcomes.
3. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice
The Company and its representatives do not provide legal, tax, financial, real estate, healthcare compliance, or business advice. All Program content is for general educational and informational purposes only. Participant should consult their own attorney, accountant, licensing agency, or other professional advisors before making any decisions or investments.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, arising from the Participant’s participation in the Program or reliance on any information provided.
5. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the Participant’s use or misuse of the Program or violation of this Agreement.
6. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of live trainings, event scheduling, and access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including but not limited to videos, slides, templates, and worksheets, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Participant may use the materials for personal business development only and may not reproduce, share, distribute, or create derivative works without the Company’s express written consent.
8. Use of Image and Likeness
By participating in the Program, Participant gives the Company permission to use their name, image, voice, and/or written or spoken testimonials for training, marketing, and promotional purposes related to the Program. This may include, but is not limited to, use on the Company’s website, social media, and other marketing materials. Participant understands that no additional compensation will be provided for this use.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
By enrolling in the Program, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
